12 eggs 2 capfuls of white vinegar 4 Tb mayonnaise
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp sweet relish
1 tsp mustard
paprika for garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
• Place eggs in a pot of cold salted water.
• Bring the water to a boil, and let eggs cook in boiling water until they are hard boiled, approximately 10 to
15 minutes.
• Drain water, and let cool.
• Cut eggs in half, lengthwise.
• Gently remove the egg yolks with a spoon and place in a small mixing bowl.
• Using a fork, mash egg yolk together.
• Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, relish, sugar and vinegar.
• Spoon mixture into the egg shells and garnish (sprinkle) with paprika.
• Cool and serve.
• May be refrigerated for several days. (covered)

Great for breakfast, too!

We have a standing joke about this recipe. Pop would always say at each meal that these are called "deviled eggs" because they are hell to make. This was the extent of bad language in the family.
