Three - five jalapeņos (depending on size and desired heat)
1 garlic clove
1 tsp. salt
Canola oil

Optional:
Cilantro
Lime
Mango
Habaņero

Directions:
Directions:
Grill jalapeņos or roast over open flame until skin is black and flaky. Place them in a plastic bag to allow them to cool. Using gloves or other hand covering, peel the skin completely off of each jalapeņo. Seeding of jalapeņos is optional based on desired heat. Place them in a food processor with the garlic and salt and a little oil. Alternate between processing and adding oil until salsa is desired consistency.

Optional:

Mango - Cut one mango into slices and place on grill until slightly blackened. Add to processor with jalapeņos.

Cilantro - Remove stems from desired amount of cilantro and add with jalapeņos.

Lime - Squeeze in the juice from one lime after finished adding oil.

Habaņero - For extra heat, replace one jalapeņo with an habaņero.
