7 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp sugar
4 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 (16 oz) cottage cheese, small curd
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Diced ham, optional
chopped red/green bell peppers, optional
mushrooms, optional
chopped onions, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 X 13 in pan. Beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Add cheeses and melted butter and mix well. Stir in flour and baking powder and pour into prepared dish. (Stir in any optional items.) Bake for 45 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut and Serve!
