2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in bite sized pieces
1 cup flour
5 cups Corn Flake crumbs lightly crushed
ス tsp of each:salt, pepper, garlic powder
シ tsp paprika
2 large eggs
シ cup milk

Sauce-
セ cup favorited BBQ sauce
シ cup honey
シ cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400巽. Parchment paper on baking sheet.
2. Place all bite sized pieces of chicken in large bowl. Add flour and stir to coat each piece.
3. Whisk eggs and milk in small bowl.
4. Combine Corn Flakes and spices in another bowl.
5. Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture and then in Corn Flake mixture. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with each piece of chicken.
6. Bake for 18 minutes turning once half way through.
7. Cool and set in bowl.
8. Heat sauce ingredients in saucepan for 6-7 minutes on med heat.
9. Pour warm sauce over chicken and stir gently.

Leftovers can be reheated in microwave.
Freezes well. Take out of freezer and warm in oven. Pour sauce over after heated.
