One can (15 1/2 ounce) sliced pears or peaches in light syrup
1 can (15 1/4 ounce) can pineapple chunks in own juice
1 can (16 ounce) chunky mixed fruit (lite)
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 package (3 3/4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. Tang (breakfast drink)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Drain all other fruits and discard the juices.
Mix instant pudding and Tang and mix with pineapple juice. Add to other fruits and gently mix together.
Chill well before serving.

I have used frozen fruits instead of the canned and if I do this, I use a small can of pineapple juice. This is an excellent dish to use for a brunch with the breakfast pizza or a sausage egg casserole.
