Directions:
Mix yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, and water together and let stand until bubbly.

Heat milk and add the rest of the ingredients. Add the eggs after you remove from heat. Slowly add 4 cups of flour and then the last 3 cups to your mixer. Once dough is mixed let it rise in the bowl. Cover top of dough with a little bit of crisco and cover with a tea towel.

After dough has risen, divide dough in half and roll each half into a rectangle. Spread dough with oleo, cinnamon, and sugar. Roll up the dough and cut into rolls. Place rolls onto greased baking sheet/pan and let rise covered until doubled. Bake at 375º for 12 to 15 minutes.

Frosting is approximately 2 ounces cream cheese, 4 tbsp. butter, powdered sugar, and milk. Add enough powdered sugar and milk to make frosting the right consistency.

You can also substitute the cinnamon for flaked coconut to make coconut rolls. Yum-O!!
