Two cups sugar
1 cup margarine
6 ripe bananas
4 eggs beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add the banana, vanilla, and eggs. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda 3 times. Combine the flour and pecans to the banana mixture. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
