Two 10 ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 medium onion, minced
2 cups herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of pepper

Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and chill one hour. Form into walnut size balls and freeze. Remove from freezer as needed and bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
