Ingredients: 1⅓ cup warm water
¼ cup dry milk powder
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp yeast
4 cups flour½
2 Tbsp veg oil for dough
2 -3 Tbsp veg oil for pan(s)

Pizza Sauce
1-8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried marjoram
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp garlic salt

Directions: |
Directions:1. Combine ingredients for sauce and let sit in fridge for minimum of 2 hours.
2. In large bowl, add sugar, milk powder, yeast and salt.
3. Add water, stir and let sit x 2 minutes.
4. Add oil and stir
5. Add flour and stir until dough forms.
6. Dump out on counter and knead x 10 minutes.
7. Roll out. This will make 3 personal pan pizza ( pie plate size) or one large cookie sheet Size.
8. Grease pans well with 2 Tbsp oil for small pan or 3 Tbsp oil for cookie sheet.
9. Put dough into pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Let sit for 1-2 hours in warm location.
10. Oven to 450’F.
11. Spread sauce on crust.
12. Spread 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese on sauce.
13. Put on toppings.
14. Cover with 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
15. Bake approx 15 minutes until crust browned and cheese bubbling. |

Notes: I found crust really good but a little too thick so I would probably make 4 personal pan pizza Size next time.
