8 oz. elbow macaroni
3 T butter
2 T flour
1T ground mustard
2 tsp rubbed sage
1tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups milk
3 cups shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs

01 Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook macaroni in a large saucepan as directed on pkg. for al dente pasta. Rinse under cold water; drain well.

02 Melt butter om medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and seasonings. Cook and stir 1 minute or until well blended. Gradually stir in milk until smooth, stirring constantly, cook 3 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add macaroni and ad ham;

03. Bake 30 tom 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top. Let stand for 5 minutes . Serve.
