1 cups of cake flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
3 bananas smashed
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1. 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese , softened.
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of confectioners sugar

01 Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 16 cupcake tins with paper liners and spray with oil spray.

02 In a large mixer bowl mix to combine the bananas, butter, sugars until blended. Beat in eggs one at a time, then blend in sour cream.

03 In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt, blend this mixure on low speed in 3 batches just to incorporate. Fill cupcake liners almost to the top with batter.

04 Bake for 25 minutes or until a wooden skewer passes the toothpick test. Cool in pan for 15 minutes , then remove cupcakes from tins asnd finish cooling on a wiire rack.

05 While the cupcakes are cooling, make the Cream Cheese Frosting. In a medium bowl,blend together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla, add salt and confectioers sugar blending until it is incorporated. Frost cupcakes.
