2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
2 tsp dried Thyme
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Ground Allspice

1..Stir all ingredients together and store in airtight container. Good for 3 months.

Spicy,sweet, tangy hot seasoning for Jamaican Jerk chicken, pork and grilled meat. May substitute Habenaro pepper for crushed Red Pepper. Adjust amount according to your taste!
