2 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
3 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger
¼ tsp. cloves
¼ nutmeg
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl combine eggs, milk, and pumpkin. Add rest of ingredients and set aside. Prepare crust. Melt butter in 9 X 11 pan. In another bowl mix the other crust ingredients until just combined and pour on melted butter. Spoon filling evenly over the crust batter. DO NOT STIR. Dot the top with 1 Tbsp. butter and sprinkle with the 2 Tbsp. of sugar. Bake 1 hour.
