1 gallon ketchup
3 lbs. brown sugar
1 3-oz. jar horseradish
1 C. liquid smoke
1 large bottle worcestershire sauce
1½ T. salt
1½ T. dry mustard
1 T. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a large pot. Simmer for an hour or until it reaches the consistency you want. Don't boil as the sugar will scorch. Stir often. Pour into jars with lids, will keep for months in refrigerator. If it is too sweet, use less sugar, but it is excellent as above.
