Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour, all purpose
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. Lemon-Pepper seasoning
4-6 chicken cutlets (or slice chicken breast in half)
6 T. butter
6 T. oil
6 T. lemon juice (bottle or fresh)
2/3 cup white wine (your favorite--mine is a semi-sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and Lemon-Pepper. Coat chicken cutlets. Melt butter in oil; saute chicken (both sides) until brown. Near end, pour lemon juice over chicken. Remove. Add wine to drippings and cook a few minutes (to thicken the sauce). To serve, pour sauce over chicken. Sometimes I double the sauce. It is really good!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is one of my favorites. It is good also with veal instead of chicken. I serve it with rice or noodles (cork screw or tubes). This was my go to recipe when I wanted to make a special dish for John, like Valentine's Day or his birthday.
