1/2 lb. penne noodles (or other)
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 c. puree canned tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c.water
1/4 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 - 9 oz. bag of spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta.
Meanwhile cook onion & garlic in a large skillet in olive oil over med - low heat (5 minutes).
Add tomatoes, spices, tomato paste and water.
Turn heat to low and whisk in cream cheese until fully melted.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Add spinach & stir into sauce until wilted (3 - 5 minutes).
Mix with pasta.
