9 eggs
3 c. hash browns
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. ricotta
1 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick©
½ c. butter
1 c. green onion
½ lb. bacon or 7 oz. can green chili, or both
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with Pam©. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning sit out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes before baking at 350º for 1 hour.
