1 tube of refrigerated pizza crust
1 or 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/4 cup flour
olive oil
corn meal
5 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 (8 ounce) bag mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425º. Lightly oil pizza pan or stone and dust lightly with corn meal. Unroll pizza dough onto pan or stone. Press out to cover the whole pan. Bake for about 7 minutes, or until very lightly browned. While dough is baking, coat the chicken with flour. Heat olive oil in skillet and cook the chicken until done and browned on both sides. About 2 minutes before the chicken is done, add half the garlic to the pan and cook along with chicken. Remove the chicken, and shred or cut into small pieces. Spread the Alfredo sauce on the pizza crust. Top with the chicken, sprinkle with remaining garlic, then top the the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle top with green onions. Bake abut 7 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
