1/2 C Olive oil blend
1/4 # Butter
1/4 C Garlic, minced
6 ea. Red bell pepper, julienne
6 ea. Green bell pepper, julienne
2 qts. tomatoes, small dice
Kosher salt/Black pepper, to taste
2 T Paprika
2 T Sugar, granulated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers and garlic in oil and butter until softened.
Add tomatoes and seasonings (except sugar), stir well, cook on low for about 30 minutes.
Add sugar and cook for another 10 minutes or until liquid has slightly thickened.
