6 Lbs tomatoes
4 C Apple cider vinegar
2 C brown sugar, packed
1 C Worcestershire sauce
1 C extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt
1 t Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tomatoes with apple cider vinegar for about an hour.
Add Worcestershire and brown sugar, stir until combined.
Reduce until slightly thickens. Slowly emulsify olive oil into tomato mix.
Add nutmeg and adjust seasonings with salt if needed.
