1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups chopped onions
2 red or green peppers, chopped
6 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbls chili powder or red/green chili to taste
2 tsp oregano
1-1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 small can tomato sauce
6 cups cooked pinto beans

Directions:

Saute veggies and herbs/spices in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and beans and simmer until flavors meld.
