3 cups biscuit mix
1 lb. sausage, room temperature
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix sausage and cheese. Add biscuit mix one cup at a time. Mix well. Form into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet (best to use pan with small lip on it so grease does not spill in oven). Bake 13-15 minutes or until light brown. Can be prepared in advance and frozen, uncooked.
