Pork Chops with Maple Glaze
Pork chops or pork tenderloin
Salt
Pepper
4 Tbsp maple syrup
1 cup finely chopped pecan pieces
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
Juice from an orange
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork with salt and pepper. Dip pork into syrup and press into pecans. Cook in pre-heated skillet at medium heat. Should sizzle right away. Drizzle with remaining syrup and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet. Stir orange juice , remaining syrup, cumin and cayenne into skillet. Cook uncovered 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened. Pour over pork.
