1 lb. hamburg
c. chopped onion
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 oz. can un-drained mushroom stems and pieces
1-1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 can buttermilk biscuits (10 regular biscuits)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion together, drain.
Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer.
Press 10 buttermilk biscuits into a greased 9" pie pan to form a crust. Fill unbaked crust with hamburg mixture. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes.
