1 wheel brie
c. chopped walnuts or pecans
⅓ c. caramel sauce (I use ice cream topping)
3 apples cored and sliced or crackers for dipping.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brie on paper. Sprinkle the nuts on top of the brie. Bake 8-10 minutes until the cheese is warm and beginning to ooze out (you have to watch this or it will melt into a messy puddle). Remove from oven and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Serve with apples and/or crackers.
