3/4 cup butter
4 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate; cool slightly. Transfer to a large mixing bowl add sugar and eggs. Heat until smooth.
Combine the dry ingredients and gradually add to the chocolate mixture. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours of until easy to handle
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart into baking sheets lined with parchment paper or Silicone sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set and told are very slightly cracked. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from the pan to a wide rack. Allow to cool completely.
In a small microwave -save bowl add remaining chocolate chips and oil. Heat on high 1 minute and stir until smooth. Drizzle over cookies. Let stand for 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container.

For a festive touch you can melt some white chocolate with coconut oil and add that drizzled over top also.
