1 Bunch 1 lb Asparagus small to medium
1 C Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1/2 C freshly grated Asiago Cheese
1 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 and lightly oil a baking dish or pan
2. Wash and dry Asparagus cutting off the white tips,spread evenly in dish.
3. Mix, whisking together in separate bowl, Heavy Cream, Italian Seasoning, Salt and pepper and grated Asiago Cheese.
4. Pour the mixture all over the Asparagus.
5. Spread the Mozzarella Cheese over the top.
6. Bake in heated oven for about 20 minutes.
