"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 (15 oz.) pkg whole cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grind 1/2 of the cranberries and leave the rest whole. In a large saucepan add cranberries, sugar, and 2 c. water. Bring to a boil and simmer until skins pop (about 10 min.)

Remove from heat. Stir in Jello and crushed pineapple. Mix well and refrigerate until set. The consistency is kind of like a very thick gravy.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is my family's favorite to serve with turkey at Thanksgiving, and also with chicken all year long. My daughter, Dawn, used to eat it with a spoon all by itself!
It works just fine with the sugar free Jello, too.
