2 lbs halibut in portions
2 tbsp onion soup mix
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayo
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp parmesan
1 tbsp herbs de provence
¼ cup melted butter (optional)



Directions:
Directions:
Prepare halibut into 'fish-sticks' and pat dry.
Combine soup mix, sour cream and mayo together in a dish.
In a separate dish combine panko, cheese and herbs.
Dip the fish in the wet mixture until lightly coated.
Roll in bread crumb mixture.
Place in a shallow pan and bake at 450º for 10-12 min.
*can pour melted butter over the fish before baking
** can pan fry the fish in butter on a med-hot frying pan
