¼ cup butter
½ cup flour
1 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp curry powder
4 cups milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
½ cup cooking sherry
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup browned sliced almonds
2 lbs blanched and shelled prawn tails


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a pan, add flour, salt and curry powder, stir until blended.
Add milk and cook over a med heat stirring until it's smooth and thickened.
Add cheese, sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the cheese is melted.
Fold in the eggs, almonds and prawns.
Serve over noodles, rice or with naan bread.
