1.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp dried basil
1 dried Chipotle pepper

Mix it up and spread it over a pork roast. Works well with a smoked pork roast cooked 3-2-1 style. (See recipe in this book!)
