Dough:
1 cup white flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cocoa
½ cup milk
2 tbsp oil

Topping:
2 cups brown sugar
8 tbsp cocoa

1 ½ cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dough together in a med casserole dish into a sticky dough ball.
Mix together the topping and pour over the dough ball.
Pour the boiling water over the cake.
Bake at 350º for 45min.
Pour chilled whipping cream over the cake and serve.
