Directions:
Cream together 2 large eggs 2 cups sugar 1½ salt in large mixer bowl.
Dissolve 2 pkg. yeast in ⅓ cup of warm water plus 1T. sugar.
Scald 5 cups of milk, 1cup whipping cream, 1 can of milnot, 1½ stick of margarine, and ½ cup of Crisco.
Add the milk mixture to the egg mixture and start adding flour (approx 7-8 cups) then add yeast mixture.
Continue adding flour until it starts pulling away from sides of bowl. I then use my dough hook adding just small amounts of flour, but not too much as will make dough tough.
Let rise for about 45-1 hr. Then, make into balls, brush with butter let rise again
Bake 350 for about 15-20 min
