1/2 cup lemon juice
1 t. grated lemon rind or 1/4 t. lemon extract
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 eggs, separated
4 T. sugar

Crust--
1 pkg. Honey Graham Crackers, finely crushed (roll between wax paper)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º. Combine lemon juice and grated lemon rind or lemon extract; gradually stir into Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add egg yolks and stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pie crust. Pie Crust-- Combine all ingredients and press firm into 8-9 inch pie pan. Meringue-- Beat egg whites -- adding sugar gradually, beating until stiff enough to hold a peak but not dry. Pile lightly on pie filling. Bake in oven until lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Cool.
