Ingredients:
Ingredients:
16 oz Elbow Macaroni
3 lb Kraft Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated yourself
3/4 stick butter
2-3 eggs, 3 if small
4 cups (about) milk
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed, drain WELL. Butter bottom and sides of 11 x 15 (5 quart) glass baking dish.

Layer macaroni and grated cheese (thin layers) mixing well after each layer. Salt each layer. Keep layering until all mixed. Save lots of cheese for the top.

Whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour over Mac and Cheese until dish is about 1/2 full or a little more. Put remaining cheese on top.

Cut the butter into dime size pieces and evenly place over dish.

Cook for about 1 hour at 375º until browned all over. MAKE SURE YOU COOK LONG ENOUGH FOR THE BOTTOM AND TOP TO GET A LITTLE CRISPY. May need to soak up any excess butter with a paper towel but not all of it. Even better the next couple of days.
