1 cup cooked wild rice
one sweet onion
1 avocado per person

ILD RICE AVOCADO SHELLS

Pick ripe avocados, one for each person. Cook wild rice according to directions. ( Bring to boiling and turn off stove and leave for 30 minutes.) Rince with cold water.

Dice small one sweet onion and scoop out avocados and mash.Add wild rice and mix thoroughly. put mixture back into avocado shells and chill for at least an hour. Serve on lettuce leaves for lunch.
