12 Russet Potatoes (medium), peeled and cubed
12 ounces Evaporated Milk, warmed
3/4 cup Butter or Margarine
1-1/4 tablespoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large stock pot. Cover with water, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain Well.

Add milk and mash (use mixer) until fluffy. Add butter and mix well. Add more salt if needed.
