1 deep-dish Pie Crust
1 rolled pie crust (for top)
1 cup sugar
4 cups apples, sliced
3 T. flour
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450º. Add sliced apples to pie pan. Combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Sprinkle over apples. Pour orange juice over top. Dot butter over apples. Put pie crust over top and seal, venting top with knife. Bake 15 minutes on 450º and then 45 minutes on 325º.
