Texas Pete Wing Sauce
Lime - zest the peel then cut and squeeze the Lime juice
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
1-2 tablespoons Caribbean Jerk Dry Seasoning Blend
1 teaspoon Curry Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together. You may adjust the ingredients to your taste.
Add just a pinch extra of each until you get the taste you like.

This is a HOT wing sauce. You could tone it down by adding more honey and less Texas Pete.
