40-50 mushrooms, bite sized.
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
3-4 Tbsp chopped green onion
Reserved mushroom stems, chopped.
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Gently twist to remove stems from mushrooms. Finely chop stems. Cream together cream cheese and parmesan. Add green onion, mushroom stems, salt, dill and garlic. Generously stuff mushroom caps. Arrange on a baking sheet and broil until golden brown. Serve hot.
