Dill Pickles Recipe

Brine:
8 cups distilled or filtered water
8 cups 7% acidic vinegar
1 cup coarse salt
1 cup sugar

EACH Pint Jars:
⅛ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp dill seed
2 garlic cloves
1-2 dill heads
Cucumbers

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff the sterilized jars with black pepper, dill seed, garlic, dill heads and cucumbers.
Bring brine to a rolling boil then pour into the jars, leaving a gap from the top.
Let sit for a couple months to let the cucumbers pickle.
