Filling:
1½lbs(3-8oz) cream cheese
⅔c granulated sugar
2 eggs
¼c all-purpose flour
1tsp vanilla

Topping:
1c sour cream
2tbsp granulated sugar
1tsp vanilla 1 can pie filling of choice

Crust:
1¾c graham cracker crumbs
¼c butter melted
¼c granulated sugar
Optional: Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF

10" Springform pan

Mix graham cracker crust ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour into 10" springform pan, pat firmly on bottom and upside.

Put cream cheese and granulated sugar in a large bowl, mix together. Beat in eggs, one at a time, stir in vanilla and the flour, pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Mix sour cream topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Top cheesecake with sour cream mixture. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool.

Chill for 3-4 hours before serving. Top with pie filling or fresh fruit- strawberries//blueberries.
