1 lb. ground beef
½ C. uncooked long grain rice
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 T. fat
1 C. chopped onion
1 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 C. diced celery
¾ C. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. mustard
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, and egg. Form into balls. In a large skillet brown meat balls. Drain off any excess grease. In a separate bowl combine onion, tomato sauce, celery, green pepper, salt, sugar, and mustard. Pour over meat balls. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour over low heat or bake in oven in a heavy pan.
