1/2 c water
3/4 c white sauterne wine
1/2 tsp instant minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
8 oz fresh or frozen scallops
8 oz frozen or fresh cooked shrimp (thawed)
1 c sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/4 c milk
1/2 c shredded process swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients and simmer 5 min. Half or quarter large scallops and add to sauterne mixture. Add mushrooms, cover and simmer for 7 min, set aside and prepare sauce. Melt butter in another saucepan, stir in flour, milk and sauterne liquid. Cook until thickened. Add cheese, scallops, mushrooms and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Bake in casserole dish about 15 min. Serve with rice. Shrimp may be substituted with lobster pieces or combined.
