2 c red chopped sweet peppers
5 1/2 c white sugar
1 c white wine vinegar
1/2 c lemon juice
1 bottle pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Wash peppers and remove tongue and seeds. Grind and measure pulp and juice. Put peppers, sugar and vinegar in a kettle. Heat rapidly to boiling. Remove from heat and let stand 15 min. Reheat to boiling and add lemon juice and boil 2 min. Remove from heat and add pectin. Stir occasionally for 5 min. Put in jars and cover with wax. Let stand 2 weeks.
