3 c beet juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg certo crystals
4 c white sugar
1 small pkg (dark) gelatine

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice beets (approximately 6 to 12 beets, according to size). Cover with water and boil 25 min. Drain. Bring beet juice, lemon juice and certo to a hard boil. Add sugar and boil for 6 min. (Rolling boil). Remove from stove. Stir and skim, then add jello flavoring. Stir and mix well. Ready to bottle.
