Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1 T. flour, all purpose
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 t. vanilla
3/4 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Combine oatmeal and melted butter. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Drop cookie dough by 1/2 t. on parchment paper (yes, these are SMALL cookies). Bake 11-13 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely before removing. I found it helpful to have 2 cookie sheets--one in the oven and one ready to put in while the first one was cooling. Makes 60 - 70 small cookies.
