Cake:
2 eggs
1/2 c + 2 T baking cocoa
2/3 c oil
2 c boiling water with 1 t baking soda in each cup
2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 t vanilla

Frosting:
3 T butter, softened
3 T cocoa
1 T light Karo syrup
1/2 t vanilla
1 c confectioners sugar, sifted
milk as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together (will be very liquidy) and bake in a long shallow dish (9x13) for 40-45 minutes at 350.

Whip frosting ingredients with mixer until light and fluffy, adding just enough milk for consistency. Keep it thin, then POUR over top of cake. If you want it thicker, cut back on milk and spread over cake.
