Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can - Shoe Peg Corn
1 can - Black Beans
1 can - Pinto Beans
1 can - Chick Peas

Rinse and put them into a large bowl.
Add:
1 chopped jalapeno
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 chopped onion (optional)
some chopped celery

Bring to boil:
2T of water
½-3/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of cider vinegar
1/2 cup of oil
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
After bringing the water, sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a boil, pour over the mixture.
Refrigerate.
Drain before serving with chips.
