Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour (spelt works great!)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp oil
1/2 milk (dairy or non- I usually use almond)

optional:
butter/ghee/coconut oil... whatever floats your boat.
cilantro/garlic...

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk together milk and oil. Create a well in dry ingredients and our in wet mixture. Mix together until you form a ball. Turn over onto counter and knead until very smooth and elastic, about five minutes. Add more flour if necessary. Let dough rest about 10 minutes. Divide into 8-10 pieces
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Roll out one piece of dough until very thin. Use butter or oil if pan isn't non-stick. One at a time, cook the naan for 60-90 seconds, until you see some black spots forming.

You may choose to brush with butter or oil and season. But it's also delicious as is.
